Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to become active.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond:
· Standard: 10 business days from ship date
· Express: 5 business days from ship date
We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request to change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, the order may have already been processed
