Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, downloadable products, and items purchased during final sale or clearance events.
Initiating a return
To start a return, please refer to the return instructions provided in your order confirmation email or at checkout. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please refer to the contact method provided in your order confirmation email.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please keep all original packaging and take clear photos showing the damage.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please follow the return instructions provided in your order confirmation email.
Order cancellations
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, the order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled. Canceled orders will be refunded in full within 3–5 business days.
Final sale items
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
